Pilates

Strengthens, tones and prevents injury. It particularly focusses on strengthening core muscles around the back and abdomen, so effectively prevents back pain, and aids recovery from back pain and other injuries. Pilates improves balance, co-ordination, tone, strength and flexibility, and is great for all fitness levels and ages.

Pilates is available one-to-one or in couples. This will be tailored specifically to your body, and any areas of dysfunction which need to be addressed, and can also target your particular fitness goals, so the session will be individual to you and your level.

Sports Massage and Sports Injuries Specialist

Qualified through the APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapies), and also a training osteopath at the LSO (London School of Osteopathy).
Sports Massage benefits everyone, not just regular sports players or exercisers. A variety of techniques work on eradicating and preventing pain, realigning the body, preventing injuries, preparing or recovering from sporting events, as well as easing and soothing tired and aching muscles.

Personal Training for Women

Qualified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) in 2003. Whatever your wants or needs, these can be catered for through personal training. The plan is as individual as you are, so will incoroporate exercises and advice for specific goals and needs. It is a fun and motivational way to exercise, and can be done on your own or you can split the cost with a friend or partner. With 10 years in the fitness industry and a 1st class Sports Science (hons) degree, my holistic approach is built on both scientific knowledge and practical experience.
